Every question in the bank passed a simple test: is the answer an uncontroversial, well-established fact? Capital cities, basic science, famous dates, plain geography. Anything obscure, disputed, or likely to change next year was cut. A smaller honest bank beats a big shaky one.
Each calendar date maps to one question in the bank, deterministically - the same date always shows the same question, on any device, with no account and no tracking. The bank rotates roughly every six months.
